Customer Service Coordinator - Fashion

JETS Swimwear, Australia's leading premium swim brand are seeking expressions of interest from vibrant individuals who love communication and are seeking to work in Customer Service.

The role includes daily contact with retailers and consumers, web shopping systems support and admin/reception duties. As you become familiar with our range, clients and of course our brand, we will call upon your fashion flair and coordination capabilities.

To be successful in this role you must be an excellent communicator, have high energy levels, be confident and have an exceptional telephone manner - experience preferably within the Fashion Industry. You will be expected to be an active and responsible member of the team, contributing to the enhancement of our reputation. Great computer skills are a must, as well as the ability to multi-task.

You will have:

  • Exceptional organisational and communications skills
  • Experience in customer service
  • Retail fashion experience
  • Web shopping coordination experience
  • Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Australian Residency or Citizenship

Patternmaker

JETS Swimwear, Australia's leading premium swim brand are seeking expressions of interest from vibrant and creative individuals who have a flair for patternmaking.

This role is located within the design room of JETS Swimwear and you will be responsible for creating and shaping the new looks of each seasonal collection.

To be successful in this role, it requires:

  • Creation of patterns and specs as directed by the Design Developer
  • Creation and maintenance of pattern models and spec sheets
  • Oversee the development of patterns for local makers and offshore suppliers
  • Creation of tech packs for offshore makers
  • Attendance at handover meetings for styles going into production
  • Complete 1st Sample QC Inspections & Reports
  • Provision of reliable information on progress of patterns
  • Attend fittings for patterns created and carry out alterations and remakes as necessary
  • Responsible for graded size set of patterns for production

You will have:

  • Excellent time management skills and understanding of deadline requirements
  • Experience and knowledge of swimwear and/or lingerie and stretch fabric garments
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a patternmaking role
  • Good understanding of Gerber patternmaking package
  • Understanding of the cost / commerciality of garment from manufacturing point of view 
  • Be able to work in a busy environment

Aspiring IT Systems Network Administrator

JETS a well known and established fashion brand is seeking an IT Systems and Network Administrator.

Ideally you will have 1 – 3 years experience with the capability to be responsible for the maintenance and support of our IT infrastructure. This role will provide you with access to great infrastructure, resources and a solid career opportunity. Be part of a great environment and connect with young and vibrant colleagues.

Key areas of expertise:

  • Experience in maintaining and support of IT infrastructure
  • Manage user account, e-mail systems and system access requests
  • Capable to build and interface with physical and virtual servers
  • Create and maintain infrastructure documentation
  • Manage provisioning of web sites and domains
  • Able to initiate research and testing
  • Technical skills and experience with: Mac and PC, Oracle databases, Active Directory (user access etc), DNS, DHCP, Server applications, VPN, Cisco (CCIP/CCNP highly regarded ), ISP technologies
  • Knowledge of Apache/MySQL/PHP
  • Knowledge and experience in maintaining and support of switches, comms equipment, firewalls and routers
  • Confident with UPS, backup and security management
  • TAFE or Uni qualifications required
